Leadership Team
For our students who applied and were accepted onto Leadership Team at the beginning of the year, we are meeting at Almaden Hills. Please be sure you met with your Mentor before then!
Fall is here :) Thanksgiving is around the corner and that means Christmas is soon on its way. For the JYM that means our busy season is upon us! We have a lot of fun and service oriented activities planned in the next 6 weeks, be sure to plug them into your calendar!

Volunteering at EHC Lifebuilders
Sunday November 24th, 4:00 - 730 p.m.
EHC is a family transitional shelter located in Santa Clara. We will be serving dinner, hosting crafts & playing games with the families. We have building a relationship with this shelter over the last year - I hope you teens can make it!
CORRECTION - Friday December 6th - Saturday December 7th @ Cambrian Park UMC
**Note the new location**
We will be buying Christmas gifts for families being sponsored through Esther's Outreach. Teens will meet at Cambrian Park UMC at 6:30 pm. We will break them up into group and we will caravan over to Oakridge Mall. After buying presents we will come back to Cambrian Park and wrap them all.
The service event is followed by a lock-in! We will play games & watch Christmas movies,Pick up is Saturday at 8:30am.
Teens should bring their own money to contribute to buying the presents. Yes, you can provide your teens with money - but it is so cool to see them contribute some of their own to give others a happier Christmas.
(Of course with any event we cover all costs if a family is unable to contribute!)
